1) 1) About me:
Hello everyone, my name is Alexander. I’m a 19 year old male from Belgium.
I’m currently studying IT (computer sciences) at College in Belgium, this is my second year and I even enjoy it. So outside of WoW I still spend a lot of my time on the computer. I have a girlfriend, we have been together for a year and 3 days now. I’ve been playing WoW for roughly 5 years now. It’s my main hobby, outside of WoW I spend my time at college or with my girlfriend or with friends.


2) Raiding experience:

-Pre-TBC: I raided as a warrior, fully cleared ZG, AQ20, MC, Onyxia, BWL, AQ40 and done Spider+ Construct wing and also killed Instrutor in naxx. I raided as protection and sometimes as fury.

-TBC: I’ve fully cleared Kz, SSC, TK, Magy, Gruuls, MH and BT as restoration shaman. In Sunwell I’ve killed Kalecgos and Brutallus pre-patch and Felmyst and Eredar twins after the patch.

Sadly my old account with the warrior and shaman had been hacked, so I made this one, with first my rogue, followed by my paladin and now a shaman again!

-WOTLK:I’ve raided on my rogue a bit and also on my pala. Cleared naxx /10/25, half of ulduar, full toc 10 and 25 on pala. I haven’t yet raided ICC except for first boss because i’m nolonger playing my rogue(at all) and on my pala I’m mainly doing pvp(last season went up to 2499 rating in 3v3). I would like to start raiding again, and I love shaman as elemental. I started on this server and not my paladins server, because that server really sucks and I’m only still there because of my pvp partners(RL friends).
But why neptulon then? Six people at college in my classes play here so I joined them. They aren’t raiding, they are just in a guild with friends LanWire, where I’m also in atm.

3) Gear:
I have only just leveled my shaman up to 80 a couple of days ago(18h played at 80). I think for that little amount of time I’ve gotten alot if nice gear already. It's far from the best gear but it will progress quickly, in VOA I put out 4.7k dps on the new boss.

4) Class / specc /misc:
I missed my shaman from during TBC and I decieded to raid. I’ve always played alliance and I like dps so I’ve chosen elemental because it speaks to me.

5) Addons:

Deadly boss mods: Essential for raiding.
X-pearl unit frames: To get a good view of the raid, the blizzard raid interface is too basic.
Recount: To analyse my damage output.



6) Raid times:
I’m not someone who can play every day because of RL and my GF. I can’t(90% of the time) play on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The other days of the week I can play however. From 7pm until whenever I like. I have my own computer in my room and don’t have a bed time.(However if it’s a schoolday I will probably go to bed at the latest at 1 AM.

I also find punctualaty important, people should come on time, you are wasting other peoples time that they made free to raid by beeing late/not showing up.
7) PC:
My internet connection is very stable, I never have connection issues. My computer has 3GB RAM and hardly ever let’s me down.

8) Why High Hopes?

I’m looking for a guild that plays on the days that suits me, and also is filled with skilled people. I like that it’s only 10 man, less people screwing up and a closer stronger raiding group.
